Feesha app

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Feesha and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (حسابي).
3. Tap Delete account (حذف الحساب) and enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@playfeesha.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address, name and mobile number.
• Your game credit balance — unspent paid credits are forfeited and not refunded.
• Your game history, team names and settings.
• The list of questions you have already seen.

What is kept

A record of each purchase (the store's transaction id, the product and the date) is kept so the same receipt can't be credited twice, and for accounting. It does not contain your email or name. A monthly subscription must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting your account does not cancel it.
